The exact features available to a user depend on the selected plan, the current product state, and the evolution of the service.
Because CollabStack is an evolving software product, certain features may be modified, improved, added, or removed over time.
4. Subscription Plans
CollabStack may offer one or more paid subscription plans, including but not limited to:

- Pro
The applicable price, included features, and usage limits are those displayed at the time of subscription on the website or checkout page.
5. Pricing
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in the currency shown on the checkout page.
VITRUVE STUDIO reserves the right to modify prices at any time for future subscriptions or renewals, subject to applicable law and prior notice where required.
6. Billing and Payment
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, including Stripe.
By subscribing, the customer authorizes recurring charges where the selected plan is subscription-based.
The customer is responsible for providing valid and up-to-date payment information.
If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended, limited, or terminated depending on the billing status.
7. Subscription Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
By subscribing, the customer acknowledges and accepts the recurring nature of the subscription.
The customer may manage or cancel the subscription through the billing management tools made available by CollabStack, where available.
8. Cancellation
The customer may cancel the subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect according to the billing rules of the active subscription, and the subscription generally remains accessible until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise specified.
No refund is due for unused time already billed, except where required by applicable law.
9. Access to the Service
Access to the service is provided subject to:
- successful account creation and authentication
- successful payment where a paid plan is required
- compliance with the applicable legal terms and platform rules
CollabStack may suspend or restrict access in case of:
- payment failure
- abuse or misuse of the service
- breach of applicable terms
- technical or legal necessity
10. No Guarantee of Commercial Results
CollabStack is a software tool that assists users in identifying and reviewing creator opportunities.
VITRUVE STUDIO does not guarantee:
- commercial success
- conversion performance
- sales results
- creator response rates
- partnership outcomes
The user remains solely responsible for their commercial decisions and use of the information provided by the service.
11. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscriptions and digital service payments are non-refundable once the paid period has started.

12. Service Availability
VITRUVE STUDIO will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the service.
However, the service may be interrupted, suspended, or limited temporarily for reasons including:

- infrastructure provider issues
No compensation is due for temporary interruptions, except where required by applicable law.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITRUVE STUDIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service.
In all cases, the user remains responsible for how they use the service and for any decisions made based on the information or outputs provided by CollabStack.
14. Modification of the Service and the Terms
VITRUVE STUDIO may modify the service, subscription plans, and these Terms of Sale at any time.
Any updated version will apply from its publication or from the date indicated in the updated terms, subject to applicable legal requirements.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
