CollabStack is a decision-support software tool and does not replace your own judgment, verification, or business decision-making.

7. No Guarantee of Results

CollabStack does not guarantee:

  • commercial success
  • partnership results
  • creator response rates
  • campaign performance
  • revenue, conversion, or ROI outcomes

The user remains solely responsible for how they interpret and use information provided by the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All elements of CollabStack, including but not limited to text, software, interfaces, design elements, logos, graphics, icons, databases, and content, are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, republish, extract, or exploit any part of the service or its content.

9. Service Availability

We use reasonable efforts to make the service available and reliable.

However, CollabStack may be temporarily unavailable, interrupted, or limited for reasons including:

  • maintenance
  • security measures
  • technical issues
  • infrastructure provider incidents
  • product updates or operational changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.

  • you fail to comply with legal or billing obligations
  • your use presents a security, technical, or legal risk

  • Stripe

We are not responsible for the independent terms, policies, or practices of third-party services, except to the extent required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITRUVE STUDIO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the service.

In all cases, the service is provided as a software tool, and users remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify:

  • these Terms of Use

Any updated version may apply from the date of publication or the effective date stated in the updated terms.
